Quality assurance is a crucial and intrinsic part of all EDI program design. Beginning with the pilot-session evaluation procedure, it remains a constant throughout the program with checkpoints at regular intervals. EDI also insists on follow-up audits at different stages in each project to reflect the changing needs of the client, and to calibrate the effectiveness of the program.
