Executive education is strategically vital for EDI customers. We see the capacity to learn faster than your competitors as the ultimate competitive advantage. However, learning is not about accumulation of knowledge; more accurately, it is the application of that knowledge to a business reality so that the business can fulfill changing market requirements.

With this in mind, all EDI projects have an Action Learning component to link the learning experience directly to the participants' business priorities. In executive education projects, EDI works with a customer organization to:

  • define the goals and requirements of the learning initiative,
  • clarify the unique features of the target population, and
  • identify issues to be covered within the context of the organization's culture and background.
