Client Interview
The retaining Client is usually the executive's boss or the vice-president of human resources. During this interview, we focus on expectations, gather primary data and determine if there is a right fit between the organization and EDI. Once expectations are aligned, we interview the executive.
Executive Interview
During the first interview, we scope the competencies subject of the executive coaching, get the perspective of the executive, assess her/his commitment and finalize a contract for specific interactions and outcomes for the Executive Coaching sessions.
Data Gathering and Feedback
Through interviews and the use of a 360 instrument, we collect the necessary information to assess realistically the executive's behavioral impact on the organization or the team. The conclusions are presented to the executive and a plan for future sessions is devised.
