Joyce is the president of DIGNA – Human Systems Management, Ltda., a management consulting company located in São Paulo, Brazil, and a member of the EDI network since 1989.

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Portuguese; latent fluency in French, Spanish and Italian.

5 years’ experience in education, including teaching and counseling at the high school level, and admissions and counseling at the junior college level.

14 years’ experience with Fortune 500 Multinationals in the Human Resources area:

7 years with Johnson & Johnson as training administrator, Manpower Planning Manager, and Human Resources Planning and Development Manager;

7 years with Levi Strauss International as Human Resources Planning and Development Manager, and Human Resources Director of the Brazilian Affiliate;

4 years as President of Digna – Human Systems Management, Ltda., a Brazilian based organization development firm representing the 2 companies founded by Peter Block: Block - Petrella - Weisbord, Inc., and Designed Learning Inc. Representation rights span all Portuguese speaking countries and Latin America;

Collaborative consulting agreements with Change Technologies of California, and Effective Systems of Texas;
