Integrated Effort
Occasionally, executive coaching sessions may be integrated with other developmental activities, such as executive seminars, hosted by your organization. Whether these are EDI activities or not, we encourage this integration, since it has proven an effective way to prolong the results of the EDI’s executive coaching.
Written Report
At the end of the process, a detailed report, (5 to 10 pages), is presented to the executive to summarize EDI’s recommendations and our understanding of the commitments made by the executive. A more detailed version of the report, (10 to 15 pages), is presented to the client. This report identifies the manner in which the organization can support the executive’s plans, and reiterates our commitment to providing consultation and further guidance in the future.
